1. Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information.
2. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
3. Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of products
In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at “firstname.lastname@example.org” within 36 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain the barcode and comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.
4. If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 36 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.
The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
5. The UPAVITA Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
6. Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund. You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit, which will reflect in your UPAVITA account within 48 working hours from when the product is picked up by our courier partner. However, if you'd like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.

8. All returns are subject to the discretion of UPAVITA. But we are a considerate lot!
9. Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Upavita as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
11. Size Change Issue
Please refer to the size chart before you make a purchase, and in case you are confused about your size, do write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +91 931 131 8889
If you would like a different size in the same style of clothing that you have purchased, you will need to go through the following steps:
a. Contact our Customer Care team to schedule a reverse pickup.
b. Once the unused product is received at our end, we will issue you a credit note (after deducting the applicable shipping charges).
c. You can then use the credit note to place a new order with the alternate size
Please note that size exchanges will not be possible if the product is purchased during a period of special pricing / sale.

12.Store Credit / Refund
• We will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a store credit, as applicable in your case. This will be processed within 7 business days after receiving of products as per Upavita - Terms & Conditions.
• Any refund will be made in the original method of payment – Only in case of order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
• If your purchase is eligible for a free return or exchange as explained above, the credit note or refund will also include the proportionate shipping cost.
